Before searching for any investor’s history in our database, we advise you take a look at some individual SPAC pages. Often, investors will use multiple funds run by the same management. Without knowing each investor’s vehicle, you might miss some of their buys. For example, if you were to search for Globis’ investments, they have invested with the following funds:

When at each SPAC page, take note of hotlinks. For research purposes, one of the sites we use to gather information on federal filings is SECinfo.com*. Those links will provide you with access to each of any SPAC’s regulatory filings. Our links to each SPAC’s Google* share tracking data also offers contact information for that company, press releases and data on management.
At the bottom of each SPAC page, we also offer contacts to the legal advisors, underwriters and attorneys who are affiliated with that company. Those pages provide links to each firm, contact information and names for professionals who have done work before within the asset class. SPACupdate.com reports only on stock purchases and sales, not warrants. However, we do report on warrant conversions.
